To ensure the longevity and performance of your extensions, proper aftercare and consistent professional maintenance are essential. With the correct routine, extensions can last up to 9 months; however, this timeframe cannot be guaranteed, as results vary based on individual care.

• We recommend using  shampoo, conditioner, and aftercare products.

• We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from insufficient maintenance or improper aftercare practices.

Rooted Shade Disclaimer

Rooted shades undergo a specialised processing method. As a result, natural fading of the root area may occur, typically becoming noticeable from approximately 6 weeks after installation. This is a normal characteristic and not considered a product fault.
• Any re-colouring of the root area is done at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for colour outcomes following re‑dyeing.

• Non‑rooted shades are available for clients seeking an alternative option.
